Digital Marketing Creations was founded in 2003 by Carlos Castillo and was located in Woodstock, CT. The initial business concentration was on developing digital marketing tools to help companies streamline data management and marketing materials in a cost effective and powerful format.
Many of the initial clients were Chamber of Commerce organizations looking to offer a more productive and affordable way to distribute membership directories and capitalized on advertising opportunities as a way to generate operational funds.
Digital Marketing Creations, later to be known as DMCteam, also provided web design services focusing on database driven media. As the company was growing, so was the request for additional marketing services.
In 2004, DMCteam formed a strategic alliance with AGENTintel, a Granby based Marketing Agency founded by Kurt Grashaw. AGENTintel specialized in branding, print media and web site design. The alliance was so successful in meeting the client demands, that the two companies soon merged. The new effort would be known as DMCteam - maintaining the Digital Marketing Creations name.
In that same year. DMCteam relocated its headquarters to Hartford, CT. Within months they formed many successful client relationships and became very popular among non-profit organizations. The United Way, Capital Workforce Partners, SAMA (Spanish American Merchants Association), CAUSA (CT Association for United Spanish Action) and the CT Puerto Rican Forum all utilized DMCteam's expertise to meet many different marketing needs.
Since that time, DMCteam has grown and expanded its services to include print, web design, software development, video production, data management, multi-cultural marketing and marketing consultation services. |
